We are with you every step of the way from the first meeting to hanging that heirloom piece in your home. Here is what to expect with your time at Jenn Kerfeld Photography.

The Phone Call.

This is the first step to starting your professional experience with Jenn Kerfeld Photography. We not only want to get to know our clients but build a relationship and that starts with our first phone call. We like to ask you questions and really get to know you. Then we answer any questions that you may have for us. We end the phone call scheduling your in person consultation so we can meet face to face.

The Consultation.

This step is crucial in our process. Meeting face to face really establishes the relationship and we can really fine tune your session and make sure all your needs and wants are met. At this time we discuss the plan of your session, the outfits, the artwork you are looking for for your home, and finalize dates and locations.

The Session.

Now it is time for the fun part, the session. This part you leave solely up to Jenn Kerfeld Photography. During the session, we make sure to keep as comfortable as possible for you while meeting the needs we discussed at the in person consultation. The session is the time that is all about you. We have a blast capturing the moments you are looking for and you feel amazing doing so.

Once the session is complete, we take a look at your calendar and set up a time for you to come back for a viewing appointment.

The Viewing.

This step always seems like it will be overwhelming but so many of our clients have strongly expressed how much they love it. At this time we sit down and get to view your images from the session. We start with a beautiful slideshow of the images, and want you to enjoy and relive that fun time. We guide you through which ones would be best for the artwork you wish to display at your home or the custom heirloom album. Together, we create an order that meets your needs.

The Delivery.

The absolute best part of this experience is the delivery! At Jenn Kerfeld Photography we make sure to give you the full professional experience from the first phone call all the way to the last step, the delivery. We come to your home and put the artwork up for you so you can enjoy them right away. We love to be a part of the joy and excitement of seeing your artwork come to life as it's displayed on your walls.

We also don't mind a little "helper" here and there.
